Terms and Conditions
We have been working in travel for a long time and know first-hand the rich rewards travel offers. We also know that things can go wrong and often those circumstances are beyond anyone’s control. While we make every effort to curate and manage your travels, it is important for you to know the limits of our control and responsibility; and the limits and responsibility of the airlines and operating partners. This yacht is operated by our partner, Via Magnifica doo (Croatia), and the program is subject to its terms and conditions. By making your deposit you accept all these terms and conditions.
Prices: Pricesare per person sharing a cabin. Single accommodations are at additional cost, as indicated in the program. If a single room is utilized due to unavailability of a roommate, or roommate cancellation, the single room supplement will be charged.

Tour planning: Tour planning, preparation, marketing, and operational costs, including the services of professional tour managers, are included in the tour price.
The prices are based on tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. Via Magnifica doo (Croatia) and On The Map Travel reserve the right to increase prices due to changes in tariffs, taxes or exchange rates.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: International air fare • Transfers at the beginning or end of the cruise • Costs to obtain passports • Any COVID testing requirements, Cost of quarantine if necessary, excess baggage charges, all items of a personal nature such as drinks, snacks, laundry, phone calls, internet, meals not specified in the itinerary, personal insurance • Gratuities for on-tour services are not included in the price. However, as a convenience, your On The Map Travel Tour Manager will provide cash tips for all included services on your behalf and invoice you after the tour for your proportionate share. Gratuities for private services, private transfers and meals not included are up to the discretion of each passenger. On The Map Travel includes baggage handling to get your luggage to each hotel; tips to bellmen and porters who make deliveries to your room are not included.
The price does not cover costs and expenses, including your return home, if you leave the tour, whether by your own choice, due to illness, action by any government, or other reason. Again, we recommend travel insurance to protect you if you need to leave the program early.
Payments: A deposit of $1000 per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
A Second Payment is due December 15, 2022
Final payment is due February 8, 2023.
Payments can be paid by credit card or check made payable to On The Map Travel, LLC.
All Payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing at our home office: On The Map Travel 405 Westgate, St Louis, MO, 63130.
Travel Insurance: On The Map Travel recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected, including coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.
Final Documents: Final documents, including detailed information about the destinations and accommodations will be provided approximately three weeks prior to departure.
Baggage and porterage: All porterage is included while traveling as part of the group for two bags per person. Airline baggage allowance regulations are based on a measurement/weight system. Please check your airline for up-to-date information regarding their baggage allowances.
Changes In Itineraries: On The Map Travel will make every effort to operate all tours as printed in the itinerary, brochures, flyers and on the website. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do all that is possible to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are determined to be necessary for any reason.
Requests to customize your tour: This program is designed to operate as a group itinerary. We will be happy to customize services for you before or after the program and will quote those services upon request.
A Word about On The Map Travel Air Service: International airfare from between your home town and is not included in the tour price.
Shopping for such flights can be bewildering, and the mix of websites and discounts often emphasizes price over comfort, specifically regarding timing and number of stops en route.
On The Map Travel can arrange your international flights to join the trip and return home afterwards for a fee of $100 per ticket ($200 for miles tickets); and there are several reasons why we believe this is a good idea and a good value:
- We offer very competitive air fares, particularly in business class
- We can use your frequent flyer points from nearly all airlines and credit cards
- You will have access to a private, personalized 24-hour phone service in case of flight delays or flight changes. This is so much better than waiting at an airline counter for airport personnel to sort things out
- We will do all flight confirmations and check-in for you and provide your boarding passes if available prior to your arrival at the airport
Passport/visa/inoculation: A U.S. Passport valid for six months past passenger’s return to the U.S. is required of all tour participants. Visas and immunization requirements vary from country to country and up-to-date information should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. On The Map Travel LLC/Via Magnifica doo (Croatia)Via Magnifica doo (Croatia) shall not be liable for delay or denial of entry due to inability to satisfy entry requirements or entry authority’s questioning or refusal to accept proof of meeting entry requirements.
Travelers Requiring Special Assistance: Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to On The Map Travel at the time the reservation is made. On The Map Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of such tour participants, but it is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, cruise ships and other independent suppliers. We regret that we are unable to provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.
Smoking Policy: There is a no-smoking policy on all transfer vehicles and aboard the yacht.
SUPPLIER AGREEMENTS: On The Map Travel does not own, manage, control, run or operate any transportation or recreational vehicle (including any motor coach, boat, helicopter and/or airplane), hotel, restaurant, or any other supplier of services connected with this trip. All tour services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier of such services and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. The passage contract (Conditions of Carriage), when issued by the airlines concerned, shall constitute the sole contract between such airlines and you.
Responsibility: On The Map Travel LLC, Via Magnifica doo (Croatia) , (the “Operator”) act only as agents for the suppliers in regards to travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship or railroad and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect of any vehicle, act of war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or any Act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or persons engaged in arrangements of the tour. The tour services described in any brochure, flyer, electronic communication, letter or website, including without limitation transportation, lodging, and sightseeing, are provided by the carrier, hoteliers, and other suppliers that are independent contractors and not agents or employees, partners, or joint ventures of the Operator. The Operator issues tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents for such services merely as a courtesy for the companies that furnish such services. Such tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (some of them may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability). They cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air schedules or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of the members of the tour, as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated. The right is reserved to make any adjustments to the itinerary and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure. The Operator may not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage, before, during or after the tour program. The acceptance of final vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The tour participant expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against the Operator in connection with the foregoing. Under no circumstances is the Operator to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings.
The Operator reserves the right to remove a client from a tour. Every effort has been made to accurately produce the information in this printed itinerary. We reserve the right to correct errors. You acknowledge and agree that we may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and that those changes become effective immediately. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice. Your continued use of our services following the notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such changes. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions that are in effect at the time of travel or cancellation.
